  • Do you need a PayPal account to make a purchase?
    No, you do not need a PayPal account. Once you click PayPal, it will then provide you with a credit/debit option.
  • Do you have payment options other than PayPal?
    Yes, you can pay with any major credit card.
  • What are my Shipping Options?
    All items will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days from the time the order was placed. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and there is a flat shipping rate of $9.00. All orders over $150 ships free. Order pick-up is an option for local customers (Cleveland, Ohio) If you opt to pick-up your order, the service is free and orders are generally available for pick-up with-in 2-5 business days (unless your order contained a pre-order item). You will receive an email confirming your order with the location/time that your order is ready for pick-up.
  • How do I track my order?
    Your order will processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Additionally please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS.
  • What if my order hasn’t been delivered?
    MO'ments Collection is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages. Once the tracking number has been provided, we are not responsible. In the event that your order has not been delivered, please contact, USPS and provide them with your tracking information.
  • I have seen an item online but cannot find it on your website?
    If you see an item on our social media page but do not see it on our website the item is either out of stock or has not yet been added to the website. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding the item. Join our mailing list, to be in the know about all New Arrivals, Promotions, and MO’ments Limited Editions.
  • What is your Return Policy?
    Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for returning parcel. NO refunds. Exchanges or Store credit only. Due to this policy, please feel free to ask any sizing, measurement etc. questions prior to placing order.
